The software and accompanying documentation that is available to download is the copyrighted and/or patented work of Htmlab. Use of the software is governed by the terms of the license agreement that accompanies or is included with such software. You will not be able to use isupport unless you agree to the terms of such license agreement.

HTMLAB MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE SERVICE OR THE SOFTWARE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION (A) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON INFRINGEMENT, (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE, (C) THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATION, AND (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HTMLAB, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND/OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties. The other provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
