iAnalyze - collects system hardware and software information.

Consists of 3 Modules:

1.1 - System Information Checker

Will determine a range of system hardware and software specifications, including . . .

  • WIndows OS Version
  • Processor Make and Model
  • Memory Capacity and Type
  • Hard Drive space available
  • Presence of CD-Rom
  • Chipset attributes
  • Presence of ethernet connection
  • Video card specifications
  • Presence of and version of Media player
  • Sound card specifications
  • Default Browser specifications

1.2 - Minimum Requirements Checker

Can compare the system specifications of the user's computer to a list of minimum hardware and software requirements to determine whether a computer is qualified for a specific software installation.

The results of this test can be easily saved, printed or emailed to a third party for further analysis.

1.3 - Auto-form Completion Tool

Performs the same tasks as the System Information Checker, then enters the relevant data into a portion of an online form (eg. a form that would survey user opinion as well as system information).


iConfigure
- Modifies settings for browser, email clients and dial-up networking.

iConfigure consists of three modules:

2.3 - Dial-up Number Converter


2.1 - Dial-up Account Creator

Collects input from user and creates a utility that will automatically connect the user's computer to any online service or portal, etc.

2.2 - Email Account Creator

Collects user input and automatically creates an email account on the user's machine to send and recieve email through that account. Supports MS Outlook Express and Netscape Mail.

2.3 - Dial-up Number Converter

Will update a user's dial-up internet account settings to ensure that connection information is correct.


iDiagnose
- Checks internet connection and related applications.

iDiagnose has two modules:

3.2 - Email Access


3.1 - Bandwidth Speedometer

Performs three tests to verify and measure a user's connection. Users are able to ping and/or trace a server (preset or other), or perform an ftp download of a specific size to measure the average download bandwidth speed.

3.2 - Email Access

Diagnoses sending and receiving issues by performing a series of tests: checking connection to mail servers, identitying identity and version of email client, and login information.
